Venez découvrir l’art du pain au levain lors d’un atelier convivial consacré à la focaccia. Aux côtés de Hannah Bironzo (The Gypsy Baker), passionnée par le levain, vous apprendrez les bases du levain naturel, préparerez votre pâte de façon artisanale, façonnerez et décorerez votre propre focaccia aux saveurs méditerranéennes. Vous repartirez avec votre création, un levain spécial pour poursuivre l’expérience à la maison, ainsi qu’une belle histoire à raconter autour du pain. Il y aura aussi quelques défis de langue autour du pain. Le tout en français, pour tous les niveaux !

 Come discover the art of sourdough bread during a fun workshop dedicated to focaccia. Alongside Hannah Bironzo (The Gypsy Baker), a sourdough enthusiast, you’ll learn the basics of natural sourdough, prepare your dough the traditional way, shape, and decorate your own focaccia with Mediterranean flavors. You’ll leave with your creation, a special sourdough starter to continue the experience at home, and a wonderful story to share about bread. There will also be a few language challenges related to bread. The entire workshop will be in French, and is open to all levels!
